For some, with allergic reactions to bee or wasp stings, the situation can be even more undesirable.
Wasps, Hornets, and Bee’s (Honey Bee’s, Bumble Bee’s & Solitary Bee’s) can sometimes all be classed under the same banner – when in fact they are all quite different in both their behavior and ‘danger’ status.
Its important to point out at this stage that most bee problems can be solved without the need of chemical destruction or cost to the current ‘bee’ owner. Sometimes it’s just a little bit of education that is needed.
Also, in the early stages of development its also possible to treat both Wasps and Hornets nests on a do it yourself basis. NorthWest Pest Patrol does not recommend do it yourself wasp control, if you are unsure what you are doing, consider calling a us. Please understand the risks if you do decide to try to get rid of your own wasp nest, i.e you will get stung if you are not prepared. Professional pest controllers still get stung from time to time even though they are always prepared and properly taking the needed safety measures.
